The S'more House Exterior Transformation
Seven near-100°F working days helped transform this lakefront exterior into what the Berrier team now calls the S'more House. The supplied palette—White Flour, Pure White and Shagbark—created a warm combination of light and rich brown tones while preserving the property's natural character.

The Project
Seven near-100°F working days helped transform this lakefront exterior into what the Berrier team now calls the S'more House. The supplied palette—White Flour, Pure White and Shagbark—created a warm combination of light and rich brown tones while preserving the property's natural character.
Exterior painting was completed when these photographs were taken. New shutters were still scheduled for installation.
From Blue to a Warm, Light Exterior
The wider property view shows the most noticeable part of the transformation. The original blue exterior was replaced with a warmer combination of light and brown tones, creating the S'more-inspired appearance.
A New Look Around the Deck and Stone Chimney
The updated exterior creates a brighter setting around the wooden deck while allowing the natural texture of the stone chimney to remain an important part of the property's character.
The Original Exterior
Before painting, the lakefront home featured blue shingle-style siding with contrasting brown details. This photograph provides another clear reference for the property's original appearance.

A Warm, S'more-Inspired Exterior Palette
White Flour, Pure White and Shagbark were supplied as the colors used for this exterior transformation. Together, they create the cream, white and brown combination behind the S'more House nickname.
